The Easter Project costs:

690 Euros per person (sharing a seaview double room)

840 Euros per person (single seaview room)

550 Euros per accompanying person (sharing a double room)

not participating in the dance workshops

This cost includes:

ü  5 nights accommodation in the hotel SAMOS BAY hotel  (including the stayover tax)  https://samosbay.gr/el/archiki/

ü  Breakfast buffet included.

ü  5 dinners and the Easter Sunday lunch meal

ü  some evenings with live music

ü  All dance workshops with the dance teachers and culture workshops*

ü  A day excursion with a bus to Vathy – Pythagorio – Ireon – Mytilinioi

ü  An excursion to the village Pagondas

ü  All transfers to tavernas or other places related to the program of the Project

ü  The 2 transfers from the ports (Malagari or Pythagorio or Karlovasi) or the airport to the hotel upon arrival and departure

*Culture workshops:

ü  workshop of Easter dances and customs

ü  workshop of costumes

ü  workshop of local traditional pie making

The price DOES NOT include:

-              The cost of the drinks during the meals

Registration procedure:

Ø Email to Christiana + Makis to confirm your participation until 1.3.2024  +  Online registration form

Ø 150 euros deposit to the hotel’s bank account (in case of cancellation after 3.4.2024 there is no refund of the deposit)

Ø Email to Christiana + Makis + the hotel for the arrival and departure details once travel arrangements are finalized.

Extra nights:

For people wishing to stay in the hotel for extra nights, the prices are:

-              80 euros for the seaview double room

-              70 euros for the seaview single room

The reservation has to be done as early as possible as Easter holidays is a busy period (high season) in Greek islands.

      Friday (Μεγάλη Παρασκευή) : welcome session and visit of the Epitaph ceremony in Zoodochos Pigi – dinner

      Saturday – day excursion and dance workshops

      Sunday – Easter celebration with locals and dancing

      Monday – dance workshops and visits

      Tuesday – dance workshops and visits

      Wednesday – goodbye session and check out of the hotel

The dance workshops shall focus on the dances of:

-              Samos with Makis Evangelou

-              Asia Minor with Christos Theologos

           -       Ikaria with Christiana Katsarou
